Booking policy
Please note that a £30 deposit is required to secure weekend bookings. Please contact me on 077 2566 8357 to arrange this. The deposit is automatically redeemed against treatments and procedures performed on the day of your appointment.
Please note that should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, the deposit is not refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation policy
Weekdays: A £25 cancellation fee applies to bookings made from Monday to Friday that are cancelled by you without providing a 24 hours' prior notice.
Weekends: Please note that weekend booking deposits are non-refundable if less than 24 hours' notice is provided.
Please contact me on 077 2566 8357 if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment time and I will do my best to offer an alternative slot.
Late arrival
Please arrive promptly for your appointment slot - if you are late, the duration of your appointment may be reduced accordingly out of consideration to the next client.
Age policy
Please note that most treatments I offer are specifically designed for adults; however, I do offer certain treatments and procedures to clients that are under the age of 18 with parental consent.
Medical conditions
Please note that it is your responsibility to inform me if you have or might have any health conditions (including pregnancy) or take any medications - this is to ensure I can assist you with making an informed decision, help with choosing the most suitable treatments and procedures, provide the very best service and results and ensure your comfort and safety. Please note that in rare cases and for certain medical conditions, written permission from your GP might be necessary in order to proceed. Please speak to me if you have any questions or concerns.
Central London appointments
On alternate Tuesdays I offer my services from BeautySW6 salon in Fulham (30 Filmer Rd, London SW6 7BW; 020 7386 5686).
